Teaching by Ken Esau: The Bible’s Big Story: Kingdom, Cross, and New Creation!
All humans are living out some sort of story that they believe is true for them. It might be a positive story or a tragic story or a hopeless story—but everyone joins a story. The Bible is not firstly a collection of eternal doctrines or a bunch of mini-stories for the purpose of learning little life-lessons. The Bible tells the universe’s MEGA-story, TRUE story, SHALOM story, and ETERNAL LOVE story. When people become Christians, they are not simply “saved,” but they are invited to join God’s big story. These two sessions will provide an overview of this big story highlighting the Kingdom, Cross, and New Creation.
