Worship Pastor

The primary focus of your position is to provide spiritual and visionary leadership to the Worship Ministry at Eastview under the overall leadership of the Lead Pastor. You will shape and champion discipleship in Eastview’s worship culture, including the implementation of strategies for engaging this group in the life of the larger Church. You will lead worship, recruit and develop worship leaders, and train teams towards holistic worship practices.
