Job Description
The Communications and Engagement Director is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communication strategy that reflects the mission/vision, values, and theological convictions of The Canadian Conference of Mennonite Brethren Churches (CCMBC). This role will oversee all aspects of communication, public relations, and branding to ensure consistent and effective messaging across all platforms. The Communications and Engagement Director will collaborate with organizational leaders, staff, and external stakeholders to build strong connections and amplify the organization’s work and ministry. The work is both creative and practical: telling the unfolding story of Mennonite Brethren life in Canada while supporting the technology that carries that story.
