Children’s Pastor / Director ( Full Time or Part-Time)

Douglas Mennonite Church is looking for a passionate and relational leader to help children and families grow as disciples of Jesus.
DMC is in an exciting season of renewal, and we’re seeking someone who will create welcoming, safe, and spiritually vibrant environments for children (newborn–Grade 6), equip volunteers, and partner with parents in faith formation.
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:
Passionate about Jesus and children’s discipleship
Relational, organized, and team-oriented
Excited to help shape a growing ministry in a church pursuing renewal
