Douglas Mennonite Church is seeking passionate and creative leaders to help shape worship and disciple the next generation in an exciting season of renewal.
This opportunity can be structured as:
One full-time role combining Next Generation & Worship ministry, or
Two part-time roles focused separately on Worship Leadership and Next Generation Ministry.

We’re looking for leaders who love Jesus, thrive in team ministry, and are excited to help build vibrant worship, meaningful community, and strong discipleship pathways for youth and young adults.
