Key aspects of this role focus on disciple-making and leadership development, as well as leading a variety of worship experiences to shape the culture of worship at Eastview.
Ideal candidates will have a BA or MA in biblical studies, a church ministry degree, or a music degree with some biblical and theological studies. All Pastoral positions at Eastview must live in agreement with the CCMBC Confession of Faith: https://www.mennonitebrethren.ca/the-mb-confession-of-faith-full-text/
