Job Description
Winnipeg Chinese Mennonite Brethren Church (WCMBC) is prayerfully seeking a Senior Pastor who will partner closely with the Deacon Board, pastoral staff, and ministry leaders to shepherd our multilingual and multicultural congregation, including a growing number of newcomers to Canada.
Reporting to the Deacon Board, the Senior Pastor will provide overall spiritual leadership to the church through biblical preaching and teaching, pastoral care, leadership development, and strategic vision for both the Mandarin and Cantonese ministries. The Senior Pastor will work collaboratively with church leaders to foster unity, disciple believers, equip ministry teams, and advance the mission of the church.
